Complete the pre- registration procedure
Note:
The pre-registration procedure provides the school with the personal data needed to notify applicants of the registration deadlines and events such as Introductory Mornings (Mañanas de Acercamiento). However, to follow the admission process to the end you should continue with the following points.
We remind you that there are some email servers that treat our communications as sender unknown and so they get sent to the “unwanted box”.
Print the form and letters requested on this page, send them by fax, or deliver them directly to the School’s Public Relations Office.
Download the following documents:
Also required:
- Authenticated copy of the birth certificate or identity card of the applicant.
- In the case of a non-Colombian national, a photocopy of the student visa
In the Primary and Secondary sections, the following are pre-requisites:
 |
To have passed the years prior to the year the student is applying for in an educational institution duly authorised to provide formal education. |
 |
To attach the certificate of grades for the previous year. If the student has come from outside Colombia, this certificate must be authenticated by the Colombian consulate. |

INTRODUCTORY MORNINGS (MAÑANAS DE ACERCAMIENTO)
Certain days during the year have been set aside so that interested families may get to know the School, the Rector, the curriculum and the Early Years teachers. On the same day, the registration documents may be handed in and interviews may be arranged with the Early Years psychologist for the young children beginning their school career.
The dates for 2010-2011 will be published shortly.
